Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure that your shopping experience is a successful one, we offer a Return /Exchange Program.

Our Return/Exchange Policy is as follows:

1. You must email us within 4 days from receipt of your item, stating the problem of the received goods, and reason of return.

2. We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 10 days from receipt of goods, provided it has not been worn or washed. To return an item, simply follow the procedure on the accompanying return sheet. Please note that returning items will be at your own cost. We are not responsible for lost of return item so we suggest you insure your package.

Item must be returned in original condition, your returned items will be inspected and if there are signs of wear or smoke, your item will be mailed back, no exceptions!

3. Filled return sheet with your Reference ID (sent to you by order confirmation email), order no, and reason of return reason MUST be enclosed with your item. We cannot identify your returned item only by your name and address.

4. For returns after 10 days of purchase, we will exchange or issue a Credit Note for any unused garment valid for next 60 days.

5. If you want an exchange on any item you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item otherwise we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. Please note that the shipping costs for exchange will be borne by you.

6. Always please re-check the order for size color and style so that you do not order something else. We shall not be responsible for exchange of any garments if the information provided is wrong.
